This is a great place to live! Highly recommend ??????

Awesome

I enjoy living here at MtnViewApts. I cannot believe it has been a year already. I have great neighbors who support me, my son and my dog. I get wonderful rest at night due to the quiet hours. I also always have a parking space right near the steps for easy access to my apartment. The ground maintenance do a wonderful job with the landscape and also trash. The pool is always clean and nice in the summertime and plenty of pleasant residents who come out. The leasing staff are pleasant and attentive. They are very serious about maintaining rules to keep overall community satisfactory the way It is. I wish they had more maintenance personnel just to help assist Andy. I also wish the playground had more features for the kids to play and even maintenance on the swings and the hole in the ground in front of the slide and maybe some bugs control for the spiderwebs (not big deal). Me and my son make anywhere pleasant and I really cant complain. Anytime I have called I have always got help promptly. I am not from here but I really enjoy coming home to my apartment which I have made my home away from home. I recently renewed my lease so I will keep you all updated.

Awesome place and staff for a new to area resident like i was. Very friendly and reasonable, and easy to communicate with. If i need to come back i absolutely would!!

I have been living here now for about 3 months now. This Apartment community is Awesome! If you want to come to a place where the people are friendly, the grounds are well kept, the Staff put you at the highest priority and are very professional; then you need to come here! I have lived in apartment communities where you felt like no one cares, but not this place! If anything goes wrong within your apartment, and you put in a work order, they immediately see to it that they fix, or keep you well informed of it’s status! I feel very secure here. And the Staff is always willing and ready to put you first! I would recommend this Community to anyone needing a place to reside! Thank you, the people and Staff of Mountain View Apartments! I absolutely love living here! Fabulous amentites with pool and playground for my grands...even a kitchen at the pool! The staff is friendly and and extremely helpful. I love that any problem I encounter, they are quick to aid and assist. It’s quiet, well-lighted, and close to shopping and restaurants! This complex strives to maintain their great rating and it shows!

My husband and I just moved here, and we love it! The staff is INCREDIBLE, and the apartments are very nice. The apartments are up to date, clean, and spacious. We live downstairs, and the noise is not bad at all. We can't wait to use the pool this summer, and it also has a nice playground for our 4yr old. I would highly recommend these apartments !

I have been living at Mountainview for 9 months now. The staff is incredible and it is a comfortable place to live. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining and work.

I can't say enough about Mt. View! ...how GREAT it is to live here. Plenty of parking, a plus!, night lights a plus! a wonderful staff a plus!...we that live here are like family! Now they are putting in a salt water pool, a kitchen at the Pavilion by the pool!....and a playground for our children! So if your looking foe a place to call home....you found it!!!

Left home one day and left my door unlocked no one bothered my apartment. I have been here almost 15 months and really enjoy the quietness, and serene feeling living here.

Nicole in the management office is so accomodating and sweet!! We had to do this whole process from a distance and she made it all very easy and even did a live video of the apartment for me so I knew exactly what I could expect! Upon arrival the apartment far exceeded our expectations, incredibly clean and well maintained and the same can be said for the property itself. We have been here for almost two months and still feel the same! We are very pleased!

We have lived here for 2 yr's, and I LOVE it! Great Staff, nice pool, Large Room's, very large kitchen with plenty of cabinet's, great night light's, washer and dryer hook up's, awesome parking, My flower garden makes this MY Home!....and they are adding playground's this year....I'm so excited about this!.....The BEST place and location in Anniston and Oxford, by far! So looking for a place to call home, check this place out, you will love it, I promise!

I highly recommend Mountain View! It is really quite. The apartments are really big and the landscaping is great! The staff is always so nice and helpful!

The staff is so helpful with moving from a long distance! The apartments are beautiful and worth every penny!

My husband an I were so blown away with the warm family atmosphere when we came by to see about our possible new home. Being a military family it’s hard to find places that help you feel like its home. We loved talking with everyone. So happy we decided to move to Mountain View!

Mountain View is awesome. As nice as I was treated by their staff just as a storage unit customer, I can only imagine how nice it would be to live there! If I move back to Anniston, Oxford area (I would love too), get ready Mountain View , I'm already a part of the family! Hats off to new Manager, Nichole Bentley, for going above and beyond the call of duty and making what could have been a disaster, totally awesome and beneficial. That is a team player who made me and my family feel appreciated . For that we now our heads humbly in a gesture of thanks and say , "WELCOME " to Mountain View Apartments. So glad you're here!
